Our Story

Cando View was founded in 2019 by Anki Kando, built on a love of quality construction and a drive to deliver outdoor spaces people genuinely enjoy. Anki's career in the trade started back in 2007, and he spent years across civil construction, excavation, earthworks and structural landscaping before starting the business.

The name comes from our family name, Kando. It reflects a simple belief: every project deserves proper workmanship, careful planning and real attention to detail.

As the business grew, Pol Kando came on board, bringing more depth in structural landscaping, project management, estimating and client service. Together they built Cando View into a trusted outdoor construction company working right across Sydney.

Today we handle excavation, retaining walls, concreting, stormwater and OSD solutions, driveways, fencing and full landscape construction. From the first cut of site prep through to the finishing touches, our team manages every stage with care and pride.

We've completed hundreds of projects for homeowners, builders, developers and commercial clients around Sydney. Whether it's a backyard transformation or a complex structural build, every client gets the same quality, clear communication and reliable service.
