Our Story

Cando View was founded in 2019 by Anki Kando, built on a love of quality construction and a drive to deliver outdoor spaces people genuinely enjoy. Anki's career in the trade started back in 2007, and he spent years across civil construction, excavation, earthworks and structural landscaping before starting the business.

The name comes from our family name, Kando. It reflects a simple belief: every project deserves proper workmanship, careful planning and real attention to detail.

Anki Kando

Pol Kando

As the business grew, Pol Kando came on board, bringing more depth in structural landscaping, project management, estimating and client service. Together they built Cando View into a trusted outdoor construction company working right across Sydney.

Today we handle excavation, retaining walls, concreting, stormwater and OSD solutions, driveways, fencing and full landscape construction. From the first cut of site prep through to the finishing touches, our team manages every stage with care and pride.

We've completed hundreds of projects for homeowners, builders, developers and commercial clients around Sydney. Whether it's a backyard transformation or a complex structural build, every client gets the same quality, clear communication and reliable service.

Every good project starts with trust. We take the time to understand what you're after, give you honest advice and deliver practical work that lasts. Our reputation has come from hard graft, attention to detail and a real commitment to doing better than expected.

Our family name is on every project we deliver, and we take that seriously. The outdoor spaces we build add value to a property and make everyday life a little better.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We found CANDO VIEW Landscaping when looking for retaining wall & fencing near us. CANDO was the first to come up in a Google list of many. We were not in any way disappointed with our decision. Our job was to remove an old sleeper retaining along our driveway and install concrete sleepers with new fencing. The entire process was co-ordinated perfectly, their communication and quality of work was A+
We are very happy with the teams hard work and how our property was left clean & tidy
